1. Faulty products
If the goods arrive faulty, the customer must immediately notify us. Warranties may vary according to the manufacturer. For further information about warranty policies, please contact us directly.
If the manufacturer determines that the material should be replaced, the customer must send the goods to Alquilatuviolin store, C/ Manuel de Falla 8, Hoyo de Manzanares, ZIP: 28240, Madrid.
The warranty covers material and labour, never shipping costs.
All faulty articles will be returned to the manufacturer and will either be repaired or replaced by a fully functional equivalent that Alquilatuviolin will send back to the customer.
2. Product return
If the return is due to an error made by the customer (order of the wrong product), he/she will bear the shipping costs to cover administrative expenses.
If the error is produced by Alquilatuviolin, the customer will receive the goods ordered at no extra cost. Returns will only be accepted providing that both product and packaging are in perfect condition with all original content. The shipment must also include a copy of the invoice.
For the above conditions to be applicable, the customer must contact us no later than 7 days following order receipt.
